Stephanie & Natalie

Owners and Principal Designers

Stephanie & Natalie, the owners & founders of BLOK Design Group, have over two decades of combined experience in the commercial & residential design industry. Both women hold B.F.A’s in Interior Design, and have worked for notable firms in New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

They joined together to create BLOK out of their passion for conceptualizing commercial environments and making them come to life. They challenge each other to always lead with their creative mindset in the most innovative and functional approach.

Nothing brings these two sentimental business owners more joy than observing their clients and their communities share memories in the atmospheres they create.

When out of the office, you’ll often find both women spending time with their children and families, immersing themselves in the Pennsylvania country living, and savoring the flavors of the local fare.

Wiola Zieba

Design Assistant

My name is Wiola, pronounced as "Viola." My passion for interior design began in my childhood in Europe, where I was surrounded by diverse architectural styles and rich cultural heritage. I've always been drawn to well-designed environments, where ambiance significantly enhances the experience.

As a design assistant, I specialize in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that reflect the unique personality of our clients. I am involved in sourcing and finding great materials and furniture for our designs.

Additionally, I have a passion for marketing and video creation, which allows me to blend my creativity with a strategic business approach to reach and engage our audiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying current with the latest design trends and continuously seek inspiration from various cultures and styles. I believe that good design not only transforms spaces but also improves the quality of life for people.

Bianca Bancheri

Interior Designer

Bianca is an Interior Designer on our team with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. She has gained diverse experience in both commercial and residential design, drawing inspiration from global trends and styles to inform each project.
With a deep passion for architectural exploration, Bianca is committed to creating spaces that resonate on a personal level. She believes in the power of design to convey emotion and knowledge, aiming to craft environments that foster connection and well-being. Central to her work is an emphasis on the psychology of design—how the spaces we inhabit influence how we feel. This connection between design and emotion is a core principle of her practice.
The most rewarding part of her work is seeing the ideas of her clients and collaborators come together into a cohesive and beautiful design.
Outside of design, Bianca enjoys life's simple pleasures—bike rides, visiting farmers markets, and spending time with loved ones. Her curiosity and desire to explore new experiences keep her engaged with the ever-changing perspectives of the world around her.

James Nelson

Graphic Designer

Hi! My name is James Nelson and I am BLOK’s Graphic Designer. I have a B.F.A in Integrated Design with concentrations in Graphic and Product Design. I am a self labeled handy-man of design. From branding to menus, or murals and beyond, I’m your guy!

My job as a graphic designer is, first and foremost, ensuring the satisfaction of the client and helping them realize their unique vision for their business. I take pride in working round the clock to accommodate a client's needs and to supply them with quick deadlines.

I like to think of myself as an artist through and through. When I am not working with BLOK, I am at home creating costumes, 3D printing props for theater shows and cosplayers, and designing non stop. I use the title Maker of None online, because I love practicing as many disciplines as I can handle and hate the idea of being limited to one artform forever.
